One of the best sushi spots in Vegas! Absolutely incredible service. Each staff member was super kind and informative about everything on the menu. They even were generous enough to give us this amazing ice cream for my boyfriend's birthday. It might be a 30 minute drive from us but, was 100% worth it! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new spot in town!

If you can't tell by now, I'm a big sushi fan! When On Demand Sushi opened up around the neighborhood we had to check it out. We walked in on a Friday night and were promptly greeted by the friendly staff. The restaurant itself is spacious and inviting. We also found out they host a variety of events including paint nights and how to roll your own sushi classes, we'll have to come back for one of those nights. We ordered a handful of items and each of them had won our hearts over. At the time when we visited they weren't offering AYCE yet, which we didn't mind. The quality of the food for its price was great. I highly recommend getting the baked mussels, the flavor couldn't be beat! Bonus: They also have a little arcade in the back with games you can play for free!

I reviewed this place around when it first opened back in 2022 and kind of wrote it off as good but lacking variety - we came back recently and I definitely feel like they took my review to heart because the sushi variety this visit was incredible. The menu seems much more diverse and extended, especially with the rolls and specialty sushi, and I appreciated that a lot. My daughter is a bit of a purist, so the tuna roll (tekka maki) was her order and she loved it. I got the Jackpot Roll, and it was absolutely delicious. We also tried the Gyoza (delicious) and went with our server's recommendation and got Shrimp Poppers to try - both my daughter and i LOVED these. It's like a sushi-esque take on Jalapeno Poppers, with a Shrimp Tempura exterior, and then a crab meat and cream cheese (i think) interior - combined with the spicy mayo (i think) dipping sauce it came with, 10/10 for sure. The chef additionally brought us a rose of garlic tuna sashimi - so delicious! Unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert (we were stuffed). The owner (Cary?) came by during our meal and introduced himself to us and we chatted for a minute about the restaurant's new and upcoming events - sushi rolling classes is something I definitely want to do in the future with my family! Overall a great redemption visit - I am so glad we decided to try this place again, because this might be our new favorite sushi spot, and just a few blocks from home!

Where do I begin! I found out about this place via Tik tok, then saw their IG page. We came for the make your sushi, 4-6pm where the owner Gary taught us with his team. We had a cutting board knife and all the necessary tools. They did a great job of teaching us the how toos as well. It was $50 w/ a free drink for each person. We had an over abundance of sushi and lord have mercy! Let me tell you! They have some fresh fish and the rice tastes so damn good and fresh. We had salmon, white fish, tuna, shrimp, hamachi, crab meat, and spicy crab meat to pick from. What I found out is he uses real crab, 20% of his mixture is real crab. Very little mayo, I was very impressed. He has 2 sides to the restaurant. the main area and then the bar side. They have daily happy hours! I can't say enough! This is a hidden gem in this neighborhood. People are sleeping on this place!

Ordered the fire down below roll (completely forgetting I had wanted to order this before) and it was absolutely amazing! The spicy crab and spicy tuna were great quality and absolutely delicious. The roll was packaged very nicely. I'll absolutely be a return customer.

We order take out from here all the time! I love the salmon skin hand roll! And it looks like they cater for big parties sooo I'm def coming back for that :)

The inviting atmosphere and friendly staff quickly won us over. I ordered the California rolls, and my husband chose the yellowtail sashimi. Both dishes were amazing. The fresh, vibrant flavors of my California rolls were a delight, and the yellowtail was incredibly succulent (at least that is what my husband told me because sashimi is not my thang). The standout, however, was the salad dressing - a perfect blend of tangy, sweet, and savory notes that made the simple greens unforgettable. They should definitely bottle it up and sell it! While the music was a little too loud, and it was FREEZING the food outweighed the inconveniences. This spontaneous stop turned out to be the highlight of our day, and we can't wait to go back for more.

After visiting On Demand Sushi this week I'm officially hooked!! The Southwest location is super cute! They have 2 sections, a dining room with a booths and a sushi bar, then the other side is a cocktail bar. My friends and I wanted to sit on the cocktail bar side, it was super fun! Charlie are bartender/ server was fantastic was recommendation's! My friends and I got a sushi boat and OMG it was FANTASTIC! Everything was EXTREMELY FRESH and delicious! The Poke Nachos were also AMAZING! I'm craving them right now! We also enjoyed the Sake and dessert! I HIGHLY recommend visiting On Demand Sushi! New post since ordering takeout on 6/15! I loved my experience so much earlier in the week I picked up a to go order on Saturday when I was having some girl friends over! I got the 5 party combo platter that comes with 5 rolls, one app, and one combo. I have my own sushi boat and they plated as many of the rolls as possible in my boat and wrapped it up so I could drive home. The rest of the rolls were in a nice tray! They even helped me carry out all the food and load it into my car! The sushi was a HUGE hit with my friends! And I got the Poke Nachos again because they're so dang good!!!

When I walked in, I think.I may have made it about halfway through the door before I was greeted. The service I received was superb, to say the least. My glass was never empty. I enjoyed the fact that the waitress was able to recommend some great tasting rolls when I told her what flavors I was looking for. This restaurant is tucked away in a nice quiet strip mall not far from the M casino and had plenty of parking. It definitely is a nice hidden gem.
